Licensor observed safety caps in majority outlets in classrooms that need to be removed from outlets. Licensor observed non-tamper resistant outlets in classrooms observed, that need to be TR or blank plate. Licensor observed sharp edges on mirror hanging in room 3 near dress up area and free standing glass frame on center top of table, that can pose risk of sharp edges or glass access if broken. Licensor observed door to kitchen needing a exterior safety latch to prevent child access into kitchen where appliances are accessible and other hazards. Licensor observed power strip accessible in main lobby of facility near desk and corded item near teachers desk room 3. Licensor observed toddler lamp that is free standing on table in corner, not allowed due to tipping, fire hazard or other danger. Licensor observed on exit pathway needing to have the rocks, wood pieces, cleared off exit pathway, to ensure there are no trip hazards to get to first emergency exit meeting location. Licensor observed plastic bag items accessible around diapers in cubbies at child's reach.
